Dr. Barsky has served as a forensic consultant in professional malpractice cases. He has also acted as a mediator in family law and professional ethics cases. Dr. Barsky chaired a committee that revised the National Association of Social Workers "Code of Ethics" (2018) and was a member of a national committee that developed the "Standards on Technology and Social Work Practice" (2017) [see www.naswdc.org ].
